I'm a Norwegian author and art historian.
My book Art History for Everyone – Learn About Art in a Fun, Easy, and No-Nonsense Way has helped thousands of readers around the world, and so have my lectures.

I studied art history at Ecole du Louvre and Sorbonne in Paris and the University of Oslo, and I've always had a passion for art history and the stories that lie hidden there.
For many years I've been doing lectures on art, both in Norway and during group tours to Florence, Paris and Rome, where I teach "on the go", and learn about the cities' hidden gems.
